When Chessex named these dice "Gold" they really sold these dice short. Don't think of the shiny, monotone color you think of as gold. Instead, think of mosaics made of amber. These may be my favorite Lustrous™ dice. We say this a lot, but the camera really fails to do justice to these. Half of their beauty is how the light plays off them when you roll them across the table. The range of different colors in these dice is also astounding. I never would have thought something called "Gold" would be so varied and colorful.
